Chargrilled Cauli-Caesar Salad Jar
The original Caesar salad was invented by a man called Caesar Cardini, an Italian restauranteur living in California back in the 1920s. In our tribute to his famous recipe, chargrilled cauliflower, roasted carrots and nutty chickpeas sit on top of kale, spinach and red quinoa with a handful of briny capers and of course, our own creamy plant-powered Caesar style dressing. Being as he never added anchovies to his salad, we think Mr. Cardini would approve.
