Sun-kissed with Kashmiri chillies, the Rogan Josh was first conceived in the cool climes of  Kashmir - by marauding Murghals looking to escape the summer heat of the Indian plains. We've mixed lentils, rice and chickpeas in an aromatically spiced rogan sauce, topped with a chargrilled Tandoori spiced butternut squash, and cooled with a coconut raita.
