Say hello to our humble Porcini mushroom Risotto. We’ve taken the traditional North Italian dish and given you a healthy, three-grain version comprised of pearl barley, brown rice & spelt. These fibre-rich grains are paired with our creamy porcini & chestnut mushroom sauce. You will also delight in little bites of chargrilled courgette, sweet petit pois and regato cheese, topped off with crunchy kale.
